Martini

  • 60 ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin
  • 15 ml dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
01   Fill a chilled mixing glass with ice cubes.
02   Combine all ingredients in the mixing glass.
03   Stir to chill and dilute (20-30 seconds), then taste to check the dilution before serving.
04   Strain into a chilled coupette or Martini glass.
05   Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.
