  • Serves 1 people

  • 60 ml (ΒΌ cup) gin
  • 35 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • To serve: soda water
  • To garnish: lemon slices
01   Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker half-filled with ice. Stir to combine, strain into a tall glass with fresh ice cubes, top with soda, garnish with lemon slices and serve.
