Minty breakfast blend


  • Serves 4 people

  • ½ chopped pineapple
  • 3 chopped Granny Smith apples
  • ½ cup each English spinach and mint
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • Handful ice cubes
  • To taste: honey
01   Process pineapple, apples, English spinach and mint, yoghurt and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Add honey to taste if desired and serve in chilled glasses.
