Ruby Crush

AT A GLANCE

  • 45 ml dry gin
  • 45 ml freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml Campari
  • To serve: chilled soda water
  • To serve: thinly sliced ruby grapefruit
01   Pour gin into a well-chilled tumbler, then add grapefruit juice and Campari and stir to combine. Add a slice of grapefruit, top with crushed ice and serve.
