  • 30 ml gin
  • 3 tsp elderflower liqueur
  • Splash of bitters
  • To top up: tonic
  • To serve: thinly sliced Lebanese cucumber and edible flowers, such as borage
01   Fill a glass with ice, add gin, elderflower and a splash of bitters, then top up with tonic. Garnish with cucumber and edible flowers and serve.
