AT A GLANCE
Mix the liquids and fruit ahead of time; just leave out the ice until you're ready to serve.
60 gm caster sugar
360 ml peach juice
360 ml soda or lemonade, or to taste
240 ml Bourbon
60 ml (¼ cup) lime juice (about 1½ limes)
To serve: 4 peaches or nectarines, sliced into thin wedges
To serve: mint leaves
||Combine caster sugar with 60ml boiling water in a bowl, stir to dissolve sugar, then pour into a punch bowl. Add all ingredients, fill with ice, top with mint and serve.
