Bourbon-Peach Punch

Ingredients
- 60 gm caster sugar
- 360 ml peach juice
- 360 ml soda or lemonade, or to taste
- 240 ml Bourbon
- 60 ml lime juice (about 1½ limes) (¼ cup)
- To serve: 4 peaches or nectarines, sliced into thin wedges
- To serve: mint leaves

Main
- 1Combine caster sugar with 60ml boiling water in a bowl, stir to dissolve sugar, then pour into a punch bowl. Add all ingredients, fill with ice, top with mint and serve.
