Mint Julep

  • 5 spearmint sprigs
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • Finely crushed ice
  • 90 ml Bourbon whiskey
01   Press four spearmint sprigs and sugar in the base of a chilled glass. Pack with crushed ice, pour over Bourbon and stir until glass frosts (1-2 minutes). Top with remaining spearmint sprig and serve.
