Lime, gin, sparkling water. This incredibly simple cocktail is just the ticket for afternoon refreshment.

Ingredients

5 ice cubes

2 thick lime slices

60 ml Prohibition Navy Strength Gin

Chilled sparkling water

1.Place ice cubes in a tall glass, squeeze over lime, add lime slices to glass. Pour over gin, top with sparkling water and serve.
