Highland Nightcap

AT A GLANCE

  • Serves 1 people

  • 45 ml single malt Scotch whisky
  • 15 ml honey syrup, or to taste (see note)
  • 2 lavender flowers (optional)
  • 1 lemon twist
01   Half-fill a brandy balloon or tumbler with ice, then pour over whisky and honey syrup. Garnish with lavender and lemon twist, stir and serve.

Note For honey syrup, combine 100gm honey and 100ml boiling water in a jug and stir until dissolved.
