"It's a super-goofy, delicious Mexican fiesta. Drink it, then roll down the grassy hill."

  • ½ lime, for rubbing, plus 30ml lime juice
  • 45 ml tequila blanco
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • To fill: Coca-Cola
01   Rub the rim of a stemmed beer glass with lime half (reserve lime), then dip in salt, shaking off excess. Add tequila, lime juice, sugar syrup and Tabasco, then add ice. Fill with Coca-Cola, garnish with reserved lime half and serve.
