The Ritz Cocktail

AT A GLANCE

  • Serves 1 people

  • 20 ml Cognac
  • 20 ml orange juice
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • To taste: Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  • To serve: orange twist
01   Combine Cognac, juices and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain into a Champagne flute, top with Champagne or sparkling wine, garnish with orange twist and serve.
