The Big Appleberry

  • Serves 1 people

  • 3 blackberries
  • 2 raspberries
  • 2 large red seedless grapes
  • 60 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 45 ml Cognac
  • 10 ml lemon juice, or to taste
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • To serve: blackberries or raspberries and apple slices
01   Crush berries and grapes with a muddler or wooden spoon in a cocktail shaker or bar glass. Add remaining ingredients, then half fill the shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with berries and apple slices and serve.
