AT A GLANCE
Add some grilled prawns and crusty bread to make this salad more

500 gm watermelon, cut into 2cm pieces
60 gm feta
80 gm Kalamata olives
½ Spanish onion, thinly sliced into rings
¼ cup coarsely chopped dill
- Red wine vinaigrette
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
||For red wine vinaigrette, shake ingredients in a jar with a screw-top lid until well combined. Season to taste and shake again.
||Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl, drizzle dressing over, stir to coat and serve.
