Whale Watcher smoothie

AT A GLANCE

  • Serves 1 people

  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp each wheatgerm and protein powder (available from health food stores)
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 225 ml skim or whole milk
01   Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, then transfer smoothie to a tall glass and serve immediately.
