Rum-Cranberry Fizz

AT A GLANCE

  • Serves 1 people

  • 60 ml Havana Club white rum
  • 60 ml cranberry juice
  • 60 ml grapefruit juice
  • 5 ice cubes
  • As required: soda water
01   Place rum, cranberry and grapefruit juices and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass. Top with a splash of soda and serve immediately.
