1 kg heirloom or perfectly ripe tomatoes
2 buffalo mozzarella (about 250gm each), thickly sliced
½ cup (loosely packed) basil, coarsely torn
For drizzling: extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
To serve: crusty bread (optional)
