"This popular yoghurt drink is enjoyed with meals on long hot summer days," says Durkhanai Ayubi. "It's a good digestive and helps to cool you down."

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (about 1kg) thick natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp dried mint
  • To serve: ice cubes

    Whisk yoghurt, 750ml chilled water and 1 tsp sea salt in a jug until frothy, then stir in dried mint. Serve over ice.
