Oso Goloso
Australian Gourmet Traveller cocktail recipe for Oso Goloso by Cliff Dive, Sydney.
Ingredients
- 50 ml tequila
- 30 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 20 ml lime juice
- 15 ml maraschino liqueur
- 10 ml agave syrup
- A few drops of bitters
- To garnish: pineapple leaves and mint sprigs

- 1Fill a shaker with ice, add tequila, juices, maraschino liqueur and agave syrup, and shake hard and long. Taste for balance and adjust as necessary. Strain into a chilled stemmed glass and add a few drops of bitters. Garnish with pineapple leaves and mint sprigs and serve.
