James Hird and Todd Garratt: Sloe Down


  • Serves 1 people

  • 20 ml sloe gin (see note)
  • To taste: Prosecco or Champagne
  • To serve: mint leaves (optional)
01   Fill a tumbler with ice, add sloe gin and top with prosecco to taste. Add mint leaves, if using, and serve.
Note Sloe gin, made with sloe berries, is available from select liquor shops.
