AT A GLANCE

  • Serves 1 people

  • ½ lime
  • 10 cm piece of lemon grass, peeled and very finely sliced
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) rum (see note)
  • 30 ml honey water (see note)
  • To garnish: stalk of lemon grass
01   Muddle lime and lemon grass in a highball glass.
02   Add rum, honey water and crushed ice. Stir, garnish with lemon grass and serve.
Note Bax uses Havana Club Especial rum. For honey water, dissolve honey in an equal amount of hot water and cool.
