In his Gourmet Institute event, Guillaume Brahimi, an evergreen favourite with Gourmet Institute regulars, takes his experiences from restaurants back home in Paris and in his adopted home here in Australia and transforms them into dishes perfect for a soirée to remember.

His small, perfectly formed contemporary French canapés are bound to turn heads, whether it’s the lamb Pithiviers (translation: tiny pies dressed up to party), duck rillettes (aka pure indulgence) or, a Brahimi personal favourite, crisp little cones of tuna, shiso, apple and avocado. Let the Gallic good times roll.
