The South East Asia of Ben’s inspiration is a place that knows few rivals when it comes to the art of the snack. Take a moment to get up close and personal with his beer-battered Moreton Bay bug tacos with sriracha mayo and lime leaf or his dangerously tasty sour pork dumpling cabbage cups and you’ll know exactly where we’re coming from.
