In this soul-warming session perfect for banishing the winter blues we gather around the oven with the My Kitchen Rules star and celebrated Sydney chef Colin Fassnidge, a man who also happens to love a chat. He'll take the humble chook and some spuds and transform them into something special, baking the chicken in a salt crust to seal in its juiciness and bring out the essence of its flavour, and working a similar magic with sweet potatoes, then pairing them with smoked potato mayonnaise that's bound to become a treasured part of your own kitchen repertoire.
