Tyson, Blayne & Chayse Bertoncello, O My,
The idea of three brothers, all in their twenties, opening a
dégustation-only restaurant they renovated themselves on the very
outskirts of Melbourne could so easily have gone terribly wrong or,
at the very least, made no noise outside of Beaconsfield. But the
Bertoncello brothers (Blayne and Tyson in the kitchen, little
brother Chayse working the floor and wine list) are the real deal.
Their food is original, exciting, engaging and looks good, the
attitude generous and hospitable. They even grow a lot of the
produce themselves. More, please.
